Efektivitas Ekstrak Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa Bilimbi L) Dan Daun Pandan (Pandanus Amaryllifolius) Dalam Membunuh Jentik Aedes Aegypti

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue tergolong Arthropod-Borne Virus, genus Flavivirus, dan family Flaviviridae. penyakit ditularkan melalui gigitan dari nyamuk Aedes Aegypti, upaya pengendalian jentik aegypti dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan insektisida alami buah belimbing wuluh daun pandan. Berbagai macam manfaat dimiliki Avverhoa Bilimbi L tumbuhan pandan memiliki banyak sekali kandungan senyawa. Zat toksik berperan dalam kematian pada alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid. Senyawa flavonoid mempengaruhi kerja system pernapasan tersebut Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan membunuh aegypti. Jenis eksperimen, sampel 480 ekor menggunakan 20 setiap perlakuan konsentrasi 0,3%, 0,6%, 0,9% pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali replikasi diamati 60 menit selama 24 jam. Berdasarkan hasil menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi dosis digunakan maka persentase juga meningkat, ekstrak dikatakan efektif lebih 50% waktu jam berdasarkan Standar LC50.
